Jorgenson Construction is seeking an experienced construction Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of our projects. As a key leader on our team, you'll manage all phases of construction, from preconstruction, budgeting and scheduling to subcontractor management and award, to overall project oversight and delivery. Responsibilities include managing client relationships, overseeing project timelines, controlling costs, and ensuring safety compliance. 
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience managing commercial construction projects

Jorgenson Construction is actively seeking a Commercial Construction Superintendent to lead the on-site operations of various construction projects. This is a full time position perfect for dedicated individuals who enjoy working with their hands.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a field superintendent managing commercial construction projects
  • Commercial Construction Superintendent.  Job duties include the ability to manage and coordinate multi-million dollar hard bid projects while working closely with Architects, Engineers and Owners to maintain schedules and control construction costs.  Compile daily logs of project documents i.e. RFI’s, ASI’s and shop drawings. 

Responsibilities

  • Ability to manage and coordinate multi-million dollar hard-bid projects
  • Successful delivery of projects
  • Maintaining a safe, organized and highly productive project site
  • Project reporting
  • Motivating and mentoring a team of construction field staff and subcontractors
  • Cost and schedule management

Knowledge & Skills

Jorgenson Construction is actively seeking union carpenters to be apart of our on-site construction team. This is a full-time position with opportunities for career advancement with a growing firm. As a Union Carpenter, you'll help build and shape the structures that support our clients and communities. From framing and blocking to finish work and formwork, you’ll play a key role in bringing our projects to life — safely, accurately, and as a team.

Responsibilities
  • Prioritize safety and contribute to our Incident and Injury Free culture

  • Interpret building plans, drawings, and sketches to determine material needs and dimensions

  • Measure, cut, shape, and install wood, plywood, wallboard, plastic, and other materials

  • Construct and install building frameworks, including walls, floors, ceilings, and doorframes

  • Set interior and exterior blocking and backing

  • Install door and window components and basic finish elements

  • Complete basic concrete formwork, including placing and finishing concrete as needed

  • Use forming systems (modular or handmade)

  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, tools, and equipment

  • Perform quality checks to ensure work meets specifications and project standards

  • Collaborate and communicate with laborers, supervisors, and other trades

  • Adapt to various job site tasks and pitch in wherever needed

  Knowledge & Skills
  • Proven carpentry experience and results (union apprenticeship or equivalent training preferred)

  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and construction documents

  • Proficiency with power tools, hand tools, and measurement equipment (e.g., levels, squares, saws)

  • Physical strength and agility to lift up to 100 lbs, climb ladders, kneel, crouch, and work at heights

  • Willingness to work outdoors in various Minnesota weather conditions

  • Ability to travel to project sites up to 70+ miles away

  • Understanding of building codes, job site safety standards, and quality expectations

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and as part of a team
